    Responsabilités

    Position Summary

     

    To service customer’s equipment by installing or repairing commercial and/or OTR tires.

     

     

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

     

    • Service all sizes of commerical and OTR tires.
    • Use specialized hydraulic equipment when changing customer tires.
    • Provide preventative maintenance on a regularly scheduled basis on customers’ premises, inspect tires for wear, cuts, breaks, etc., and make appropriate recommendations to owner/operator, change tires and tubes, etc.
    • Observe need for services and opportunities to recommend additional purchase of tires, retreading, parts, or service work.
    • Maintain tools, equipment and service truck in efficient operating condition, responsible to advise of any deficiencies to Manager.
    • Perform all duties using proper procedures, policies and regulations and necessary protective equipment.
    • After hours service calls (as per rotation established by the company).

     

    ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

     

    • Willingness to adhere to all company policies
    • Perform all duties using proper procedures, policies and regulations and necessary protective equipment.
    • Fully trained and able to perform all functions of a Tire Technician 1,2 & 3 (as required by the business)
    • Qualified to operate boom truck
    • Valid Driver’s License w/safe driving record.
    • Capable of lifting 100 lbs on occasion.
    • French and English, written and spoken, an asset
